All jewellery is for personal use only. Reselling without permission is prohibited.

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our official website.

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments via secure payment gateways.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently offer shipping across India via India Post.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 6–7 working days, excluding Sundays and government holidays.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • We offer a full refund to your original payment method, excluding delivery and gift wrapping charges.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing video proof.

  • Exchanges are possible only if the requested product is in stock. If not, you may choose an alternative product of equal value.

  • Please refer to our size guides before placing an order to avoid size-related issues.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, product names, images, designs, and text—is the intellectual property of ShineBae & Co. and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

7. Prohibited Uses
