Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is incorrect. We offer a full refund to your original payment method, excluding delivery and gift wrapping charges. To be eligible for a refund, the return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and must include an unboxing video as proof. Exchanges are possible only if the requested product is available in stock. If the exact item is not available, you may choose another product of equal value.
